Local Community Football
All Black FC has been providing free regular training for all since 2016 in order to ensure equal opportunities to underprivileged & marginalized communities to play football. We also promote youth players into local professional football clubs: two youth players from All Black FC are currently playing in the HK Premier League – Jahangir and Bobby.
Community Sport Outreach & Cultural Exchange Programme With Schools & Universities
All Black FC HK has been reaching out to schools and universities to use sport and cultural activities as means for social integration, giving out players to connect with the local community. Some notable partnerships include Lingnan University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Renaissance College, the YMCA of HK Christian College and more.
Youth Social Inclusion
All Black FC HK held a mini U18 football tournament in late 2020 to promote football for youth and facilitate cross-cultural exchange. The teams include All Black FC U18, Chelsea FC Soccer School (HK) U18, KC Southern U18, and Creative Secondary School Football Team.
HK Community Integration Football Cup 2017

Hong Kong Peace & Sport 2019: International Day of Sports for Development and Peace
All Black FC HK held the first event of such kind, on April 6 2019, celebrating United Nations International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP). It was a huge success, bridging cultural gaps and bringing the community together. The 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID-19. However, we plan to continue the event going into 2021. We hope to directly partner with UN Hong Kong, EDB, the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, and local schools.
Sponsored by JETTA NGO, we organized a unique program that gave the opportunity to 10 migrants from Africa to enhance their English, Cantonese, and IT skills. We, here at All Black FC, believe that such skills are necessary for HK Ethnic Minorities social integration in the HK community.
Social Impact through community services: Lam Tin Elderly Home Visit, Free Mask Distribution
We have been actively serving the community as we believe giving back to the community is our duty. Such services also help change the negative perceptions locals might have about Ethnic Minorities.
Youth Coaching Workshop 2020
To continue youth development, we organized our second “Youth Football Coaching Workshop” for 20 of our Youth. They will further help us in serving different community football programs.
Youth Leadership Training
In 2020, we ran a fully-fledged one day program aiming at improving youth personal development, general life skills and leadership capabilities.
Sham Shui Po District Community Football Program
Sham Shui Po is the poorest district in Hong Kong, consisting of predominantly workingclass population of 400 thousand with lowest median household income amongst all districts.
Sham Shui Po has long been home to poorer new immigrants. In early 2020, we started our first community football program in Sham Shui Po, by organizing inter-community football games between both locals and ethnic minorities residing in the district.
